Hon Oluseye Commends Gov Abiodun on Creation of ICT and Digital Econony
Abeokuta North All Progressive Congress (APC) Chieftain, Hon Akeem Oluseye have commended the Ogun state Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun for his initiative to create a ministry of Information and Communication Technology(ICT) as a platform for Digital Economy for the state.
Hon Oluseye said the ministry will provide platform for the increasing number of young people who have built a career for themselves in ICT industry.
The grassroots politician and ICT guru said the government of Prince Dapo Abiodun is putting everything in place to get the youth involved, not only in policy making but key players in the economy of the state through the digital economy.
Hon Oluseye emphasized that,” the creation of this ministry is a promise kept by our dynamic and people oriented governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, which will creat more jobs in the ICT world and build a digital economy that will be an envy of other states. The present population of Ogun state and various developmental projects initiated by the governor have repositioned it among other states, and the expectation of her digital economy is very high. I believe the governor is putting everything in right perspective to meet these needs.”
He added that,” Every sector of the economy will benefit from this, because it will change the face of doing business in the state, and increase the revenue generation especially from the medium and small scale business communities. I believe everyone will benefit from this great initiative of His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun.”
