NNPP governorship aspirant chides gov Abiodun, Ladi Adebutu, others, says they have nothing to offer

A Governorship aspirant on the platform of New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Olujobi Ezekiel on Friday chided governor Dapo Abiodun and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governorship aspirants in Ogun state, saying they lack the energy to lead the state in the right direction.

Olujobi at the aftermath of his official declaration for the governorship race in Abeokuta, the state capital vowed to correct all the wrongs of the current APC administration.

The 35-year-old business magnate  argued that the state needs a total overhaul in its governmental affairs, hence, his aspiration.

Olujobi also declared to lead a vanguard of youths who would champion the ‘new  Nigeria that  the citizens clamour for.

His words “Looking at the state of our Nation in general and Ogun state in Particular, you will agree with me that this state needs a total overhaul in its governmental affairs.

“As a citizen of the federal republic of Nigeria, I have made up my mind to be part of those that will make a better change in this country. So therefore I offer myself today as an agent of change to bring about a new Nigeria and a new Ogun State.

“I want us together to build a new Nigeria in tackling security issues that has made everyone in the state to panic about their lives, properties and their businesses. Deploying all security outfits in the state, both governmental and privates to be awaken and to support them with all resources Ogun state has gotten to make sure there is an end to all the menaces of security issues

“Building a new Nigeria by making sure all youths are gainfully employed and at least having something good to do per time; for example making sure those that are fit get engaged in sporting activities like football, basketball, lawn tennis, squash, Boxing, swimming, and lots more. Engaging all vocational training centers in the state to be more effective in what they do and to introduce more vocational study courses.

“Encouraging our youths by giving scholarships to further their studies abroad. Encouraging our youths to be more active in politics and also in decision making in the government.

“Building a new Nigeria by making sure all our market men and women are empowered in their trading activities and exposing them to more businesses where they can make more profits.

“Building a NEW NIGERIA where private companies, industries will be given more pedigree in the state building and also helping them to be able to employ more youths to avoid them been jobless”, he added.
