OGYASD programme committee visited Aderinokun concerning coming summit not declaration of support, PresidentΒ
Leadership of πππͺπ£ ππ€πͺπ©π πΌππ«π€πππ©π ππ€π§ ππ€ππππ‘ πΏππ«ππ‘π€π₯π’ππ£π© (OGYASD) on Thursday visited the Ogun Central PDP Senatorial Candidate, Chief Olumide Aderinokun ahead of its coming programme towards the coming elections.
The President of the group, Comrade Oluseyi Alamu disclosed that the visit was part of activities lined up to herald the summit, noting that other political candidates expected at the programme will also be visited subsequently.Β
The programme with the theme; ‘Ogun Young PVC Ambassador Summit-The largest convergence of PVC Holders in Ogun State’ is billed for 15th of January, 2023 and expected to have in attendance various candidates vying for different political positions on different political parties in the state.
The summit is a convergence ofΒ PVC-carrying youths in the state to listen to the manifestos of their potential representatives.Β Β
Alamu explained that Aderinokun was the first candidate who granted the request letter to visit ahead of the programme, hence the visit, saying that the leadership of the group will visit other candidates as soon as they grant the request.
The President who equally corrected the perceived impression that OGYASD members visited Aderinokun to declare support for the candidate ahead of the elections, stated that such impression is fleshless.Β
He noted that OGYASD is not tilted towards any particular candidates but creating a common platform for all the candidates and electorates to interact.Β
His words “We have visited Hon. Aderinokun, we are going to visit other candidates too. That we are going around to declare support for candidates is a lie from the pit of hell.Β
“Out ofΒ all the candidates we have on the list we requested to visit regarding our summit, Hon. Aderinokun was the first to grant our request, hence, the visit. We are going to visit others as soon as they grant our request.
