The group equally advised youths not to embrace thuggery and violence in the interest of any political party or candidate during the period.

He said, “Now that campaign has begun, I want to appeal to youths in Ogun state to please be wise. Avoid being used for thuggery by politicians. Also, don’t cause violence in the interest of any party or candidate.

“Avoid being used as arbitrators of disharmony in Ogun state. We are peace loving people and our desire is that we have peace campaign and election. ”

The group also warned politicians against hiring the youths to cause violence or discord in the state, insisting that the youths ‘ lives also matter as the lives of politicians children.

“To our politicians, the youths’ lives are as important as that of your children, so, see them as your own children. If you do, you wouldn’t send them on the journey of no return. Let’s keep our state safe by embracing sanity.
