Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited Continues to Deliver, Secures New Building Approvals
Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, a leading real estate firm in Nigeria, has obtained additional seven building approvals for its existing clients in the Pelican Brief Estate project located in Kobape, Ogun State.
This brings the total number of building approvals to over 150 within a span of two years.
The approved projects include residential developments for clients such as Mr. Sokale A.O., Mr. O.O. Fajimi, Mr. Olaleye Gbolahan O., and Mr. Rolan A. Alade, among others.
Additionally, a joint project by Mr. Gideon O. Omagbemi and Mrs. N. Okpa has also been approved.
The Director of Operations, Tpl Olumide Akintomide, expressed his congratulations to the clients and appreciation for their trust in the company’s vision.
He assured that Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited will continue to operate with integrity and adhere to its legacy of good practices.
Akintomide also advised the clients to commence development within the stipulated period, as outlined in their plot allocation documents, to avoid any enforcement actions.
The company has seen significant interest in its projects, including over 900 Nigerians in the diaspora investing in the Pelican Brief Estate, with over 150 ongoing building constructions and 15 projects at various stages of completion.
The Pelican Brief Estate is part of Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited’s portfolio of projects, which includes Pelican Valley Estate, Pelican Ecostay Apartments, and Pelican Greenish Acres Farm Estate, all located in the Kobape axis of Ogun State.
