Real Estate Business Thriving Under Gov Abiodun’s Administration – OGIC Boss, Fashina Olajide

A real estate developer and Chief Executive Officer of OGIC Limited, Fasina Olajide has commended the current administration of governor Dapo Abiodun for ‘providing a favourable condition for real estate businesses to thrive in Ogun state.’
The OGIC boss also said the governor’s giant strides has attracted private investigators to consider the state as a preferred destination to invest in real estate, hence, private real estate owners in the state are benefitting immensely from the achievement.
He highlighted provision of a good road network initiated by the governor in various parts of the state as one of the factors encouraging real estate investors to consider the state for investment.
The OGIC CEO argued that real estate cannot thrive without a good road network but ” They have tried much in improving our road network and we look at most of the modern road projects by the past administration that are being completed by his excellency and also open more new roads.
Fasina who disclosed this in an exclusive interview with journalists in Abeokuta the state capital on Wednesday stressed that his real estate business, OGIC is one of the beneficiaries of Abiodun’s friendliness with such business.
For instance, he said, “The governor empowered the local government to be able to develop the local lands around their area which I can say that OGIC is also benefiting with the project we are doing presently.
“Prince Dapo Abiodun victory garden estate is a project that’s sponsored by the Abeokuta North Local Government and it’s developed by our able company so I can just tell you that if I look at it that generally the governor has done well.
“If we look at it the governor completed the Panseke/Adige roads and you know sometimes we do have a lot of traffic along Olomore road but he has reconstructed it and we now have another internal road network that leads to the place.
“We also have a place the governor is doing along that same Olomore road and I think that has really improved the easy move to the real estate,” he said.
Fashina equally stated that the Governor’s investment in real estate business has bridged the gap between the high and the low income earners in the state.
