Oluseye made this statement in Abeokuta, in response to the planned nationwide protest by some Nigerians, urging citizens to rally behind the President with prayers rather than protests.

Expressing his view over the state of the nation, he noted that the current situation did not start during this administration but since past administration.

According to Oluseye, “President Tinubu needs our prayers and support, not our protests. There are forces that don’t want him to succeed, and they are trying to sponsor protests to frustrate his efforts. But we must not let them succeed.”

Oluseye emphasized the importance of national unity and prayer, saying, both Muslims and Christians should rise and pray for our President.

“We need divine guidance and wisdom to lead our country right. Let us pray for President Tinubu to succeed, rather than trying to pull him down.

He further stated, “We should not allow negative elements to dictate the pace of our nation. We must come together and pray for our leader, and I believe that with prayers, we can overcome any obstacle and achieve greatness as a nation.”

The former aspirant expressed the belief that prayer and support are what the President needs to succeed, rather than protests and criticism.
