Youths seek residents’ supports for Police to make Ogun crime free

Youths under Ogun Youth Advocate for Social Development (OGYASD) at the weekend praised the Ogun State Police Command for its consistent fight against crime in Ogun state.
The group also commended the Commissioner of Police, Lanre Bankole for his resolve to make the state a crime and criminality free amongst other states of the federation.
The group specifically lauded the police command for promptly deploying operatives to forestall peace in Panseke, Oluwo, and Kolobo area of the state, following the killing of a cult leader by rival cult group.
The group’s President Comrade Oluseyi Alamu while speaking with newsmen in Abeokuta, the state capital described operatives of the command as active and proactive, adding that the police mode of operation is commendable.
Alamu said “we want to commend the operatives of Ogun state police command for being active and proactive in curbing crimes and criminality.
“We also want to commend the leadership of the police commissioner, Lanre Bankole for his relentless efforts in making sure that ogun state is crime free.
Alamu appealed to residents of the state to always give the police necessary information that could assist in bringing criminal elements in the state to book.
“We appeal to citizens of the state to give necessarily supports to the Police by giving them vital information that could help in fighting crimes.
